- We ship across Pakistan to all major cities and regions.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom fragrance orders may take an additional 3-5 business days for processing.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within Pakistan, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or in case of unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- A flat-rate shipping fee will apply to all orders below a certain amount.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over 3,000 PKR.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
6. Packaging
- All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- For custom perfumes, extra care is taken during packing to preserve the fragrance quality.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Scentsational Pakistan is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
9. Damaged Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
